How long does it take to receive my order? 

We usually ship in-stock items within 3 days unless the
items are on back order, and it usually takes another 5-7
business days for you to receive your order, depending on
where you live.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

some case, if you feel you did not receive the confirmation
email, you can always call or email us for detail info.

Can I get my order shipped faster? 

Yes, we offer express shipping at an additional charge.
Simply choose a faster method in our state of the art
shopping cart check out system. It will be process
automatically. 

Does your company offer a catalog? 

Sorry, we do not offer a paper catalog at this moment.

What carrier does your company use to ship packages?

We ship using U.S. Postal Services or by UPS/FedEx (for
large/heavy packages).

Can I get a refund, if I don't like my purchase? 

If you are not satisfied at all for any reason with an item,
please return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange,
within 15 days from the day you receive your order. Please

I JUST placed an order and I want to make changes to it,
what should I do?

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an
additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your
initial order and place a new order. This process is
necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order.

may not be able to modify it.
