1. major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

2. Paying by Check Card: if you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or Master Money Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

Authorizing Your Credit Card:

When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is valid and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
　

Changing an Order:

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order.?
Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to modify it.

Thank you for shopping at SassyAngel.com. We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) you may return it for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund. (Sorry, all costumes are non-refundable)

Terms & Conditions:

We do not accept unauthorized returns or COD's. You MUST contact us before sending any return package to us, because our Return/Exchange Center has a different mailing address.
Please note: We suggest that you try on your lingerie over a sports bra and spandex shorts to check sizing.
Returns and exchanges may be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their packaging, have tags removed, worn, washed or torn. Due to California State Health regulations we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on costumes, bikinis, panties, bodysuits, hosiery, men's briefs, boxer shorts and other intimately worn apparel. We cannot offer a return for discounted items. If these items are returned to SassyAngel.com they will be sent back to you at your expense.
A "15% Restocking Fee" will be charged for all returns. Sorry, shipping and handling charges for returns are not refundable. We don't normally charge shipping for exchanges, but we reserve the right to do so when making an exchange for anything other than a different size. All returns are subject to the sole discretion of SassyAngel.com terms and conditions herein. Thank you for your understanding.
If your order gets returned to us as "refused" or "undeliverable", there will be a $10.00 restocking fee applied to your order. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns & Exchange Instructions:

To obtain your Return/Exchange Authorization (RMA), please first contact us using the form below to obtain a RMA number for your return/exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number available. After you have been authorized to return your merchandise, please follow the instructions below. You will receive a copy of these instructions by email.


Pre-Return/Exchange:

1) In general, items should be returned the same way you received them.
2) Carefully repackage the lingerie in it's original shirt box (the black box) careful to avoid excessive wrinkles or tears. Please do not use the shirt box to ship.

3) Please place the shirt box containing your item inside a shipping box. Items must be returned in a cardboard box only. Boxes are available for Free from the United States Post Office with Priority Mail Service. If you decide to return the merchandise in the original shipping box please be sure to carefully remove or cross out all previous shipping information.

4) While not required we recommend that you obtain insurance for your item as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

5) Please enclose the original packing slip or receipt and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund.


Post-Return/Exchange:

1) When we receive your authorized return you will be issued a credit to the original credit card within 3 days and is the amount less any shipping charges. In the event of an exchange, we will reorder your item as quickly as possible. Normal shipping times apply.
2) If your exchange is more or less expensive will make the adjustment to your credit card appropriately.

3) Unauthorized returns or unacceptable returns will be reshipped to you at your expense.
